It's caress me down by Sublime. I first heard this song today and even though the band isn't reggae this song reminded me of a sort of reggae sound with the off beat strums and very short notes. Also the singer (I don't know his name) speaks very fast and very clear which adds to the catchy beat. One other part I like that he incorporated was the Spanish. It's different but I like it and I hope you enjoy.
Sublime is a very good band. The singer died a long time ago and they have a different one now.
